Wasn't it nice of Durham Farms to design a roundabout and not have an impact on any of their precious land? However, Mayor Jamie Clary is bound and determined to force upon the Sumner County residents this roundabout.

With this request from the applicant, staff has suggested major improvements to be incorporated as part of the development approval, which the Developer has agreed to. The first is a very large contribution to go toward a proposed large roundabout at each side of Drakes Creek Road, Anderson Lane, Countryside Drive, and Avant Road.

Skidmore made the comment about the BOMA going to be voting on, it's going to go to BOMA. We're gonna have another. Discussion on this. Entire program would like to just go ahead and move. The turfing of the fields, the LED's and Roundabout just go ahead and vote on this move. It to BOMA. As a whole to let the BOMA have the final say on this, because that's what's going. I mean, we all know we can recommend all day.
